Javelin-Jupiter was the early name and badging that Jowett used for the Jupiter. I think they dropped the Javelin bit once the car grew an identity of its own.
Jowett made the jupiter rolling chassis available to body builders and several companies built bodies for it, the one in your photo is one of them. I am at work right now and cannot recall the body builder. Almost all of the special; bodied cars are, in my opinion inferior to the in house body, the possible exception being the Farina bodied car, an example of which is fully restored in immaculate condition in Yeovil.
