Use a good stonechip compound sprayed with a gravity gun not a shutz gun, allow to fully dry then lightly DA with 320, 2 pack primer/filler, wet flatted with 800, finish with the paint of your choice.
This will take a lot of stick, won't crack easily and scufs & scrapes can easily be repaired,
