I need to replace the floor on my Viking Fibreline, i have looked at marine ply but its very expensive, exterior ply is cheaper and normal ply is cheaper still. could i get away with a cheaper ply and seal it with something. _________________ All the best caravans have glass windows |

Hello, You can use exterior plywood, get the best that you can find and then seal the edges with epoxy resin to prevent moisture getting in via the end grain, it is worth painting the underside with resin also and then painting for long term protection. |

On our Cheltenham Nyala I'm using a ronseal exterior varnish on the underside to give a weatherproof seal . |

Thanks for the replies, exterior ply with sealer and epoxy resin for the ends sounds ideal _________________ All the best caravans have glass windows |
