Foden FG.
This short wheelbase Foden began life in April 1950 and continued in work for 30 years after which time it was pensioned off. It was bought for restoration in 1988 but was by this time in many pieces. A new chassis frame had to be built as part of its restoration to its present fine condition.

Restored & preserved vehicles at Sandbach Festival of Transport.
Photographed here is a preserved Foden FG that took part in the vintage vehicle event held in Sandbach. Mid way through the day, there was a run around the streets of this Cheshire town, and many vehicles took part. Some boiled up on this hot sunny day, but most completed the journey without a problem.
