I have been offered a bay in a huge workshop, with use of a ramp and air lines when available, but only useable during the working day, for £40 per month.
I think the OP is dreaming! |

now that's a real bargain, I think you should go for it Emmerson, and put it to use repairing / restoring that little Honda TN7 near to you while you're at it too |

640 square feet for £800 a year...mind you I had to provide the 2 containers that the stuff sits in works out at about £4 per week per car.

No Bl**dy fear! I've got quite enough with my Morris Traveller (untouched for about 4 years), and keeping the Range Rover LSE and Volvo 850 on the road!
The TN7 does look lonely though, as we just came past....................! |

The year before last I paid a fiver a week for secure, dry storage for two pre-war cars in a barn on a farm that stored caravans.

I shall soon be down to one classic I think and so have two spaces empty. Helps out wonderfully during the Classic when I suddenly have loads of friends who find they haven't visited me for two years |

| To be fair, the OP does state 'classic cars' so perhaps that price is for a whole fleet. |

Perhaps there was a decimal point lost in the typing? _________________ Jon
