The 'skirt' at the rear of both front and rear mudguards suggests a date of about 1935, when such embellishments became almost universal, however the SS or plated radiator shell suggests an earlier date.
The nearest that I can find that has both of those features is a Hudson of 1933. It also has the row of high flutes in the bonnet, but other features, like the moulding line don't appear.
Another possibility could be a Marmon. In either case, the body would probably have been a local fabrication, possibly based on a Coupe. _________________ Dane- roverdriver but not a Viking. |
