66 today and what do I get for my birthday as I am seriously trying to give up smoking.....cigars. I am seriously tempted to have a puff. I had better not as I am going for my twice annually MOT and a COPD test into the bargain....Crikey. Rolling Eyes

What Emmerson said is true. When I was working I thought about what I was going to do after my dinner then I couldnt be bothered.I may look 66 but I dont feel it.
Went for my COPD test today. When I went in October my lung capacity was 44%. Now because I am living a bit healthier and dieting and using my inhaler more my lung capacity today was 65%.For someone my age it should be 80% but I am going in the right direction. Cool

have you considered a pipe? The other half has one and in his 40s but I say he is now as we have Volos, he smokes a pipe and we listen to radio 2

Its only a date - we are all a year older than a year ago - trouble is I think I feel like it and certainly look like it Crying or Very sad

And worse if I make it - I will be into another landmark decade that sounds "old" to me
